Two ways to measure

A · A ring you own Most accurate Measure straight across the inside of a ring that fits the finger you'll wear this on. Note the inner diameter in millimetres.
B · Paper strip No ring needed Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres.

Getting the fit right

  • Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger.
  • If your knuckle is wide, measure the knuckle as well and go with the larger size.
  • Between two sizes? Go up one.
