Good ring, perfect size for my case, and it rotates a lot (especially if you put it on your index finger and rotate it with your thumb).
For the money, it's an excellent ring.
It's metal, I got it in my size, so it's perfect, but what I don't like is that it rolls quite badly and, above all, the inner ring needs to be handled with care since it's sharp; if you touch it from above, it doesn't cut, but I still think you need to be careful.

Perfect! I already ordered another one and it was a bit big, so I ordered one size smaller and perfect! I'll add a little WD40 to see if the turn doesn't have as much resistance and becomes smoother. Very nice!
